Dancers from Boundary Arts Centre in Ashton will be joining the Northern Lights parade this Saturday (19th November), as the town kicks off its Christmas celebrations with a sparkly, festive community parade.
The spectacle will feature a Christmas Lantern Parade - an amazing community procession bringing light to Tameside. The Northern Lights - Tameside’s Christmas Celebration - will take place in Ashton on Saturday 19th November between 3pm and 6:30pm.
Siobhan Pownall, Director of Boundary Arts Centre said: “Our dancers are delighted and feel very privileged to be invited to perform as carnival and parade dancers in the Northern Lights event. The students are extremely excited and have absolutely loved the rehearsals!”
