The brilliant Stalybridge Street Fest has provided a whopping eight servings of the food and family fun event bringing a menu of tasty treats from April to November for 2024.
The last and final event will take place on Friday 22 November and promises a seasonal spectacular teamed with the town Christmas Celebration event.
The events are fully funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund for Communities and Place, which was awarded to Tameside Council to improve public realm, greenspaces and support cultural events across the borough.
Running since 2021 - with a tried and tested formula of family fun, live music and tasty food and drink – Street Fest has really helped bring out the local community and generate footfall and civic pride for thetown. The early evening event will take place from 5-9pm on the second Friday of the month, with the November date to be confirmed but it will move to support the town’s Christmas events.
The food line up will include food highlights and flavours from around the world from Spanish, Chinese, Belgian, Greek thai and Caribbean Street Food like Gourmet Burgers, Halloumi and Burritos. You name and we have it!
